Precision CNC Branding To capture the bold identity of Adidas TERREX, we manufactured the iconic 3D lettering using CNC-machined PVC foam board. This material choice ensures a lightweight yet rigid application, finished in matte white for maximum contrast against the organic textures of the store.
Industrial Metal Finishes & Joinery We moved beyond standard signage to full-scale shopfitting. The design features custom rusted steel cladding utilized as feature walls and backdrop panels. This industrial “Corten-style” aesthetic provides a rugged, outdoor texture that aligns perfectly with the Terrex adventure brand.
Custom Fabrication & Merchandise Displays The build includes extensive metalwork, featuring steel grid ceiling tiles and heavy-duty shelving units. To highlight the product, we engineered floating shoe displays that create a dynamic, modern visual, drawing customer attention directly to the footwear.
Immersive Brand Environment This wasn’t just a sign; it was a complete environment. By blending custom joinery, metal fabrication, and 3D branding, we transformed a blank space into an immersive retail experience that brings the Adidas vision to life.
Structural Engineering & Fabrication To bring the “Spread the Cheers” concept to life, we engineered a custom circular steel superstructure. This internal skeleton was calculated to safely support the weight of the bottle display while maintaining the classic conical Christmas tree shape in a high-traffic retail environment.
Perspex Shelving & Product Display Precision matters when working with glass. We utilized laser-cut Perspex shelving systems to securely hold the Jameson bottles in place. This clear material allowed the internal lighting to pass through the product, creating the signature glowing green aesthetic without blocking the light source.
Integrated LED Lighting Systems The magic lies in the illumination. The structure features a dual-lighting system: internal wash lighting to make the bottles glow from within, and decorative fairy lights to accentuate the branches. The installation is crowned with a custom 3D illuminated ‘J’ topper, acting as the beacon for the activation.
360-Degree Brand Wrapping The base of the structure was finished with high-resolution digitally printed skirting, ensuring the Jameson branding was visible from every angle. This provided a clean, professional finish that concealed the electrical ballast and structural weights.
High-Traffic Floor Graphics Transforming the physical footprint of the store, we installed industrial-grade floor graphics for the Heineken Summer Club activation. We utilize slip-resistant, high-durability vinyl laminates designed to withstand heavy foot traffic in a busy mall environment while maintaining vibrant color saturation.
Architectural Brass & Metal Detail Moving from bold to bespoke, we executed fine-detail work for the jewelry departments. Our team utilized laser-engraving technology to craft sophisticated brass signage, adding a layer of permanent luxury that contrasts with the temporary pop-up elements.
Custom Vinyl Wrapping & Display Branding We treated every surface as a branding opportunity. From POS counters to display stands, we applied custom-printed vinyl wraps to unify the diverse retail zones. Our application team ensures a bubble-free, architectural finish that turns standard furniture into branded assets.
Experiential Retail Environment At E.G.G. Rosebank, we didn’t just decorate; we defined the space. By combining large-format digital printing with precision metal fabrication, we delivered a turnkey retail experience that guides the customer journey from the floor up.
